Halloween - Pumpkin Decorating

Cate is obsessed with Halloween/Pumpkins. She has been pointing out every pumpkin in the store/on ads/in our house etc. for months. This past weekend we finally had time to decorate pumpkins. Cate chose a superhero kit and decorated a "Super Pumpkin" whose skill, according to Cate, is "flying".

Chaz and I also carved pumpkins. We have virtually no artistic talent. But, Cate loves us and the pumpkins anyway.

Travels

As per usual, I'm epic behind on the blog. We spend the end of September traveling to Kansas to the wedding of one of Chaz's long-time friends (and to see Cate's Grandpa and Grandma S).

Then, we spent the first weekend in October going to Texas to see my parents and to attend the wedding of one of my long-time friends.

This made us a very busy family for a few weeks this fall!
